Pinkk does not sell or share personal information for advertising or cross-context behavioural purposes. California residents may additionally request human review of any AI-generated analysis output that has been used as the basis for a significant decision affecting them — submit these requests with the subject line "ADMT Review Request" to [email protected].

Fix inaccurate information appearing about me — for example a wrong follower count, an incorrect handle, or outdated information. Tell us what is wrong and what it should say instead.

Object to processing

Dispute how your data is being used. We process publicly available data to provide intelligence research to our customers. We will review your objection against our legal basis for processing and communicate a decision within 30 days.

About objection requests

Pinkk analyses publicly available data published on social media platforms. When you object to this processing, we will review your specific circumstances and respond in writing with our decision. An objection does not automatically result in data deletion — that is a separate request type above.

If your concern is that specific information is wrong rather than that you object to being analysed at all, the Correct my data option above is likely more appropriate.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge and respond within 30 days of receipt. For complex cases we may extend this to 90 days and will notify you if so.
