It is built for agencies, operators, researchers, and anyone who needs a reliable, documented basis for decisions about profiles across any niche.

Each intelligence report uses a set number of credits depending on the depth of the research run. Subscription plans include credits each billing period, and credits from subscriptions, purchases, and signup bonuses all sit in one balance that does not expire. You can top up at any time from your wallet. Credits are reserved when you submit a report and automatically returned if something goes wrong — you are only charged for reports that complete successfully.

Pinkk currently supports intelligence research across Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, X, Kick, LinkedIn, Website, and Custom sources. Platform and source coverage continues to expand — if there is a source you need, let us know and we will prioritise it.

Pinkk's findings are designed to be conservative, evidence-based, and confidence-rated. We surface what the available signals support, and we explicitly flag areas where confidence is lower or uncertainty remains. The goal is not to sound certain — it is to give you a clearer, more defensible picture of audience credibility, partnership fit, and risk before you act.

Your profiles, reports, and findings belong to you. Pinkk does not sell your data, use it to train models, or share it with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings.

Yes. Cancel at any time from your Wallet page. Access continues through the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that. Credits included with your plan remain available until the subscription expires. You can resubscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.

Your subscription renews on the same day of the month you originally subscribed. The full monthly charge is applied on day one of each period — there's no pro-rata billing for partial months. This keeps billing simple and predictable: you always know exactly when your next charge is and what it will be.

Refund requests are handled case by case. If a technical issue prevented you from using the service, or you were charged in error, reach out and we'll make it right. We don't offer refunds for unused credits or subscription periods where the service was available and functioning normally.

Yes — subscribers can create scheduled analyses for any profile and analysis type. Choose a frequency (daily, every 3 days, weekly, or monthly) and a preferred time, and Pinkk will re-run the analysis automatically. Credits are deducted at the time each run fires, the same as a manual submission. If your credit balance is too low when a run is due, it is skipped and you receive an in-app notification. Schedules can be paused, edited, or deleted at any time from the Analysis → Schedules page.

Sable is the intelligence engine that powers every analysis in Pinkk. It handles the research burden — gathering public signals from multiple sources, evaluating them together, identifying patterns and conflicts, and structuring the output into the report you read. Sable is not a separate product; it is what runs behind every report. The analyst reads what Sable surfaces and makes the final decision.

Pinkk assigns an overall grade (A through F) to a profile based on the strength, clarity, and consistency of available evidence across all completed analyses. A grade is not a verdict — it reflects how well-supported the intelligence picture is. A lower grade may indicate insufficient data, conflicting signals, or areas that require further investigation rather than automatically meaning a profile is problematic. Grades are updated when new analyses complete. See the grading explanation page for full details on how each grade is calculated.

Each finding in a Pinkk report carries a confidence level. This is not a measure of how good or bad a result is — it is a measure of how strongly the available evidence supports that particular finding. A high-confidence finding means the signals are clear, consistent, and well-corroborated. A lower-confidence finding means the evidence is thinner, conflicts with other signals, or is drawn from fewer independent sources. Where confidence is low, we say so explicitly rather than presenting weak evidence as a conclusion.

Research Hub is a per-profile evidence collection workspace attached to every profile. It lets you save notes, source URLs, images, and other evidence you find while researching — keeping your own context alongside Pinkk's intelligence. Evidence saved in Research Hub is available as additional context when you run the next analysis. There is also a browser extension that lets you capture content directly from any web page into the relevant profile's Research Hub. Research Hub is a subscriber feature.

Go Deeper is a set of targeted follow-up research tools available directly inside a completed report. Rather than starting a new full analysis to investigate one finding, Go Deeper lets you run a focused extension — for example, expanding the single most significant finding, running a platform-specific deep dive, reviewing recent news and controversies, challenging a conclusion before acting on it, or asking a specific analyst question about the profile. Research-type extensions use live web search; others work from the report content directly. Go Deeper extensions are available within completed reports.

Change Tracking (also called Analysis Diffs) lets you compare two versions of the same analysis for a profile — for example, a report run three months ago and one run today — and see exactly what changed between them. Rather than reading two full reports side by side, you get a structured diff showing which signals strengthened, weakened, or appeared for the first time. This is most useful when reviewing active partners at renewal time or after a significant event. Change Tracking is a subscriber feature available from the Reports section.

No. Pinkk works exclusively with publicly available signals — the same information that anyone could find by researching a profile manually. It organises those signals into structured, confidence-rated intelligence so professionals can research more effectively. It does not track individuals without their public presence, access private data, or make accusations. The analyst reads the evidence and makes every decision. Pinkk is a research tool, not an accusation engine.
