Picking up the pace after a hectic week
Balancing a full-time job and Pinkk means some days I skip the log. But features and marketing plans are moving forward.
I haven't been consistent with the build log this week, but there's a good reason. My full-time job has been unusually demanding, so every evening I've been grinding on Pinkk instead of writing. The focus has been on two big pieces: the teams feature and the new trial onboarding flow.
The teams feature is what agencies have been asking for — multi-user access so they can collaborate on audience verification and budget decisions. It's closer to shipping, but I hit some edge cases with role permissions that needed untangling.
At the same time, I'm rethinking the trial experience. The current onboarding doesn't clearly show value fast enough, so I'm building a more guided trial that highlights the most impactful use cases from day one. That's still in early design.
Beyond code, I've been sketching out a proper marketing plan. More videos, more live sessions on different platforms just talking about Pinkk and what we're solving. I want to explain the "why" behind the product, not just the features.
So while the log entries slowed down, the work didn't. This weekend I'll catch up on the writing and start next week with clearer momentum. The pace will pick back up.
